We are pleased to inform you of availability of AmlibNet version 5.2 and 5.2.1 patch. This release and associated patch will provide you with some new enhancements and a number of software fixes for AmlibNet.

What should I do?

If you are currently using AmlibNet version 5.1 please upgrade to AmlibNet version 5.2 and then apply the AmlibNet 5.2.1 patch.
If you are already running AmlibNet version 5.2 then you will just need to apply the AmlibNet 5.2.1 patch. To apply the AmlibNet 5.2.1 patch, please follow the AmlibNet Upgrade instructions (see below).
If your system is currently running a version of AmlibNet earlier than 5.1, you will need to complete the necessary upgrade(s) to take your system to 5.1 before upgrading to 5.2.

All AmlibNet 5.2 documentation, instructions and software installers plus the 5.2.1 Patch software are available on-line to download from our Amlib Content Portal at:

New documents can be also be found on the Content Portal for AmlibNet 5.2 and 5.2.1 Release Notes and AmlibNet 5.2 How To’s for Orders and StockItems. The Release Notes will provide you with an overview of all 5.2 software functionality and fixes. The How To’s will provide you with details to assist with understanding and use of the new areas of functionality.

AmlibNet 5.2 is compatible with Windows Server 2003

AMLIBNET Product Serial Numbers

Reminder: you will need to have the Amlib product serial numbers to apply the patch, upgrade or install. The serial numbers for the AmlibNet 5.2 upgrade are the same ones to use for applying 5.2 patches. To obtain these serial numbers you will need to request these in writing from Amlib Support, which you may do by either logging a new support incident via our Online Support Helpdesk:
